To activate the hand warmers, tear open the outer package, remove the warmer, and shake - it heats up in 15 to 30 minutes; keep it in a closed area such as a glove or pocket, and if heat decreases, expose it to air and shake again. For the toe warmers, tear open the outer package, remove the warmer, and apply the adhesive inside a shoe or boot, where the oxygen-restricted environment helps maintain heat. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
